About Me

My photo
JeanneJohnsPainter
Noorden, Netherlands
The primary thing is to paint, and that’s what I try to do –every day if possible– for these past 48 years. Of course, the need to set up the easel and delve in is greater than the actual doing. So much comes in between, especially the desire to travel and experience new sights and people. And then there is also the urge to hack into a piece of marble and join a workshop in Marina de Carrara. All these temptations are pointed to the one aim=to put it down, discover what is there.

I hope to give you a run-down of recent paintings, new projects, and then some older ones on this blog.
